BID Fest 2021: General Guidelines

General guidelines




To make BIDFest’s operation smoothly functioning, here are a set of guidelines to be comprehended and followed at all times:

1. Registration for this event is free.

2. The whole event is divided into two parts:

        • A series of guest lectures from some imminent speakers from around the world.

        • A short "Ideathon" based on the problem statements assigned.

3. Look at the problem statements carefully and note down the number chosen by your team for future reference and to avoid any discrepancies. (Note: A problem statement can be chosen by multiple numbers of teams, judgment will purely be based on the solution proposed)

4. A team can have a maximum of 4 members. For people without pre-formed teams, they can enter individual entries and will be assigned a team by SBE.

5. For team entries, only one member of the team should fill the registration form.

6. Every participant has to join the WhatsApp group via the link given as further instructions will be relayed there.

7. An e-poster and a presentation are compulsory submissions by the teams and will be judged by the panellists present. (Don't forget to check the guidelines of poster and presentation)

8. Attendance in all the events within the fest are mandatory for getting the certificate.

9. The registration closes on 10th April 2021, at 3:00 pm IST. No admissions will be entertained after that.
